The aim of this study is to fabricate Fe(Se,Te) thin films on various types of bicrystalline substrates and to examine the grain boundary properties in detail. By employing the optimized growth conditions, we are fabricating Fe(Se,Te) thin films on symmetric [010]-tilt SrTiO3 bicrystal substrates and investigating the transport properties. The results will be presented at the conference.
