Superconducting diodes with different critical currents Ic depending on the current direction have been proposed. In this study, we focused on a commercial REBCO tape, which is expected to be used for power devices at liquid nitrogen temperature, and investigated its Ic asymmetry in detail in a wide range of temperature and magnetic field. As a result, the asymmetricity of Ic was found to be maximum in a low magnetic field of about 0.1 T at 77 K. We will discuss the application of superconducting diodes and the origin of the asymmetry.
