In this presentation, we propose a weak measurement scheme to detect Terahertz wave. In this scheme, the spectral shift δλ of a broadband beam is measured after passing through an electro-optic crystal undergoing Pockels effect due to an incident pulse THz field. The shift and sensitivity to the amplitude of the incident Terahertz beam can be controlled by the angle of the post section with respect to the intially state β/2, and the spectrum width δλ. We also analyze the sensitivity of the scheme to the phase modulation δλ. Lastly, we comment on the practicality of the scheme.
