Organic-inorganic perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) with excellent optical properties (ex. high photoluminescent quantum yield and color purity) are expected to be used as a light source of next generation displays. In this work, we attempted to prepare PeQDs by the “ultrasound-assisted bead milling” which is novel synthesis method with collision of beads, and ultrasonic cavitation. In addition, the PeQDs were purified by redispersing them into the other solvents with a low dielectric constant and obtaining PeQDs as a solid state by centrifugation. As a result, we succeeded in improving the performance of PeQDs.
