△ [12a-S203-3] Effect of Crystal Structure on SrTiO₃/TiO₂ Heterostructure Nanorod Arrays

SrTiO₃/TiO₂ heterostructure nanorod arrays are synthsized from rutile phase TiO₂ nanorod arrays. However, it is considerd that the rutile structure, which has high chemical stability, is disadvantageous for the formation of SrTiO₃. In this study, we attempted to fabricate SrTiO₃/TiO₂ heterostructure nanorod arrays under more mild conditions using anatase phase TiO₂ nanorod arrays as a precursor.
