[12a-S203-3] Effect of Crystal Structure on SrTiO3/TiO2 Heterostructure Nanorod Arrays

SrTiO3/TiO2 heterostructure nanorod arrays are synthsized from rutile phase TiO2 nanorod arrays. However, it is considerd that the rutile structure, which has high chemical stability, is disadvantageous for the formation of SrTiO3. In this study, we attempted to fabricate SrTiO3/TiO2 heterostructure nanorod arrays under more mild conditions using anatase phase TiO2 nanorod arrays as a precursor.
