FeTeSe is a family of Fe-based superconductor. This material allows Ising-type superconductivity, which possesses spin polarization perpendicular to the plain at the surface. In addition, FeTeSe can be a great candidate for topological superconductor which can arise the S=1 spin-triplet Cooper pairs at the surface. To detect possible perpendicular spin-triplet states in FeTeSe electrically, ferromagnetic electrodes with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) is necessary. In our previous presentation, we showed robust superconductivity of FeTe0.6Se0.4 (FTS) equipping PMA electrodes with [Pt/Co] multilayer. As a consecutive study, we present the measurement of Hc2 of the FTS. The anisotropy of Hc2 of FTS was observed, where the aisotropy of Hc2 of Ising-type superconductor was reported in previous study. Therefore, FTS can possess the Ising-type superconductivity even employing PMA electrodes. Detailed discussion will be given in the presentation.
