△ [12a-S402-2] Intracellular Nanobeads Delivery Using Artificial Tunneling nanotubes
Keywords:Intracellular delivery, Tunneling nanotubes, Nanobeads delivery
For signal transduction between cells, a model in which small molecules are transported from the transmitting side to the receiving side cells via the extracellular space was common, but in 2004, tunneling nanotubes (TNT) that connect cells with a lipid membrane Was discovered, and it became clear that macromolecules, which were previously thought to be almost impossible to transport, can be used as signal transduction carriers between cells. In this talk, we report on the intracellular introduction of nanobeads by artificial TNT.
