In quantum information processing with light,non-Gaussian states are essential for fault-tolerant and universal quantum computating.For the experimental application of the non-Gaussian states, it is important to set the appropriate temporal mode, which represents the shape of wave packet of light. However, a method to realize arbitrary temporal modes of non-gaussian states has not been established.In this presentation, we will talk about details of our proposed method for temporal mode engineering and its experimental demonstration.
