Keywords:Anti-ambipolar transistor, Multi-valued logic circuit, flexible logic circuit

Development of multi-valued logic circuits is a promising strategy to improve the processability of current organic integration circuits. We have demonstrated a negative-resistance-like drain current in an anti-ambipolar transistor (AAT) where p- type and n-type semiconductors are partially overlapped in the transistor channel. The unique feature enabled a ternary logic circuit by the combination of a n-type transistor. In this talk, we present a flexible ternary inverter. The inverter exhibits well-balanced ternary output voltages and good bending endurance of more than 100 times.
