We are developing a radiation imaging detector combining a glass GEM and scintillation gas to optically read out signal with a CCD camera. In this study, we focus on the cathode material and geometry, which may affect the components of the fragment region in the carbon beam depth dose distribution, and measured the carbon beam depth dose distribution using various cathode materials.
