To understand the charge transport mechanism of organic semiconductors, it is not enough to focus on the magnitude of mobility and its temperature dependence. We should investigate both band structure and carrier scattering mechanism. In this presentation, we focused on the band dispersions experimentally obtained by (inverse) photoelectron spectroscopy. We developed a new model that considers both the polaron formation effects and the dynamic structural fluctuations of organic semiconductors. We applied the model to several organic semiconductors, and calculated the mobility using the time-dependent wave packet diffusion method. We succeeded in increasing accuracy of calculated mobility, in comparison with our previous model.
