[12p-N307-2] Super layer structure of lead halide-based layered perovskite organic-inorganic quantum-wells having organic semiconductors as an organic layer

Lead halide-based layered perovskites self-organize an organic-inorganic quantum-well structure. To incorporate bulky organic semiconductors into the organic layer, we found the molecular mixing technique. Further, a super layer structure (organic semiconductor layer/inorganic semiconductor layer/alkyl amine layer) was formed by changing the composition of organic semiconductor amine and alkyl amine in the molecular mixing technique.
