BHO was introduced into the GdBCO thin films using the PLD method, and the pinning properties at low temperature and high magnetic field with respect to the BHO concentration were evaluated. We also aimed to control T_c by recovering the increased c-axis length due to excessive introduction of BHO by oxygen post-annealing.
