Keywords:synaptic device, conductive polymer

To realize a neuromorphic circuit architecture with higher mounting efficiency, we have developed conductive polymer wire synapses that can be freely wired between electrodes and control the resistance value between them by changing wire conductivity. In this study, we succeeded in improving the switching properties of the devices by optimizing the forming conditions. The above results provide high reliability to the devices, and “wetware” that is more faithful to the brain structure can be expected in the future by combining their resistance controllability with advanced wiring technology.
