Superconducting diamond has high durability. Therefore, it is expected to be used for robust superconducting devises. In this study, Josephson junctions in SQUID were miniaturized by non-conventional process in order to increase voltage modulation Vp-p of SQUID which is lower than that of other materials. As a result, Vp-p=47.7 µV was obtained, which was much higher than the highest value for Diamond SQUID ever. This shows that superconducting diamond has comparable potential for Josephson junction to other materials.
