If the price of renewable energy-based electricity is largely reduced in the future and if we achieve highly efficient electrochemical CO₂ reduction with ubiquitous resources such as water, CO₂ may become an important carbon source in the chemical industry. In this talk, inorganic nanoalloy electrocatalyst exhibiting CO2 reduction abilities will be introduced.
