Keywords:Optical Coherence Microscopy

The optical coherence microscope (OCM) is an imaging method that combines wideband light, optical coherence tomography technology (OCT) based on Michelson interferometer, and confocal microscope technology, and is suitable for high-resolution observation of biological samples. Our research group has been working on the development of optical tomography measurement technology using a super-continuum light source. In this research, we worked on the development of OCM using an SC light source in the 800 nm wavelength band, which has a short wavelength in the near-infrared wavelength region and is expected to have high resolution.
