In this study, we developed a Raman scattering microscope with Bessel illumination to observe the inside of biological samples. We observed the Raman scattering of HeLa cells using Bessel illumination and conventional line illumination, and confirmed that the contrast and spatial resolution of the images were improved by using Bessel illumination.
