In order to realize a current injection type organic semiconductor laser that can be fabricated by a solution process, we are developing with perovskite type organic semiconductors, which are rapidly studied in recent years. In this time, we have started the development of an organic EL device using a perovskite semiconductor as the conductive matrix and (thiophene / phenylene) co-oligomer (TPCO) as the luminescent layer, and report the results.
