[13a-N302-8] Fabricating Organic photodiode with low dark current by using applicator

In this research, we succeeded to suppress dark current by using applicator for fabricating active layer of organic photodiode. We used P3HT:PC61BM bulk-hetero junction as active layer, and by using applictor, we succeeded to fabricate 1μm active layer. In terms of the electrical characteristics of the device, the dark current density was 0.46mA/cm2 which is 19% of the spin coated device. The External Quantum Efficiency showed the same performance compared to the spin coated device.
