Single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) thin films have continuously attracted wide-field attention based on their unique properties such as flexibility, electrical and thermal conductivities, and enhanced p-type and modified n-type semiconductor characters. We present a non-destructive filter-transfer method of SWNT thin films by solution process. SWCNT thin films are spontaneously transferred onto arbitrarily shaped and material substrates via press-free contact and solvent-displacement techniques with the assistance of “flexibility” and “solvent wettability” of PTFE membranes. As a result, it is demonstrated that the non-destructive transfer of SWCNT thin films is possible onto a solvent-sensitive PVK layer (CH3NH3PbI3) to fabricate a hole-transport layer-free solar cell.
