There are high expectations for the creation of devices that apply fullerenes. However, in order to advance as a device, a structure equipped with electrodes and a mounting technology such as a method for improving conductivity are required. In this research, we developed a device fabrication method using self-assembled fullerene nanowires and a method for improving the conductivity of fullerene nanowires with high insulation, and realized a reproducible two-state resistance switching device under the bias voltage modulation.
