In this study, we fabricated a multimodal sensor with a sol-gel glass-type K+-sensitive membrane patterned on a pH image sensor with a pixel pitch of 2 µm, and investigated the simultaneous visualization of ions. In the ion response visualization experiment, it was confirmed that the output response was in accordance with the changes in K+ and H+ concentrations, which means that simultaneous imaging of K+ potassium ions and H+ hydrogen ions was successfully achieved.
