[13a-N322-5] Label-free bioimaging using gate modulation imaging technique II

We report label-free bioimaging using the gate modulation imaging technique which visualizes spatial charge distribution in semiconductor. The method utilizes the phenomenon that charge density of electric double layer, formed at semiconductor-electrolyte solution interface, responses sensitively to adsorption of biological material. We previously reported proof of concept for this method, although the sensitivity was not enough. Here we report our effort to improve the sensitivity.
