For spintronics materials, the interface between ferromagnetic metal and dielectric insulator is usually contained as an elemental part of device. In such case, first-principles evaluation of Rashba spin-orbit coupling constant, which is propotional to the effective electric field appearing along the perpendicular direction of interface, provides a useful tool for materials search or materials design. In this work, we developed an evaluation method of effective Rashaba parameter based on magnetic force theorem instead of the conventional method to magnetic film. We will give the new method in the presentation with computational results.
