[13a-S302-6] Lattice distortion and transport properties in Mn2δCoGa1+δ thin films

Anomalous Hall effect (AHE) and second-harmonic Hall measurements were carried out on an inverse Heusler alloy Mn2-δCoGa1+δ using film samples with various thicknesses on MgO (001) substrates. The samples showing different lattice distortion and Ku were prepared. The anomalous Hall conductivity and spin-orbit torque were discussed with correlations between the lattice distortion.
