Anomalous Hall effect (AHE) and second-harmonic Hall measurements were carried out on an inverse Heusler alloy Mn_2-δCoGa_1+δ using film samples with various thicknesses on MgO (001) substrates. The samples showing different lattice distortion and K_u were prepared. The anomalous Hall conductivity and spin-orbit torque were discussed with correlations between the lattice distortion.
