[13p-N107-14] Quantitative Analysis of Phytohormones in Plasma-irradiated Seeds Using LC-QqQ-MS/MS

The response of animal and plant cells induced by non-thermal atmospheric-pressure plasma (hereinafter referred to as plasma) has attracted attention, and its application to medicine and agriculture is being widely studied [1]. In the examination of the effect of plasma irradiation on plant seeds, there are many studies showing the phenotypic correlation with plasma conditions such as voltage, power, and gas, and the elucidation of the mechanism such as the molecular physiological mechanism for plasma irradiation has just begun. In this presentation, we report a quantitative analysis of germination-related phytohormones in plasma-irradiated seeds using LC-QqQ-MS/MS.
