In the deposited film of TPBi, which is used as an electron transport layer in OLEDs, polarization charge (σpol) is formed on the surface of the film. σpol is an important factor that determines the performance of OLEDs and the output of vibration energy generator. In the last year's Applied Physics Conference, we reported that the orientation of TPBi was improved and σpol increased by a factor of 1.5 by depositing it under light irradiation. However, we were unable to investigate the change in electrical conduction properties that accompanied this change. In this study, we fabricated a bilayer device with light irradiation during film deposition and investigated the electrical conduction properties in detail.
