[13p-N207-3] Electrochemical Transistors Using a Temperature Responsive Polymer

A temperature responsive polymer PNIPAM was blended with PEDOT: PSS and they are spin-coated on substrates. We confirmed that the film was resistant to water soaking and that the conductivity depended on the PNIPAM content in the film. The blend film was applied to organic electrochemical transistors as a channel layer, which showed good depression-mode operations.
