We investigate H1 nanocavity with a center sub-wavelength short nano-slot having a nano-slot cavity mode that well focuses electronic field in an antinode fills in the nano-slot and can realize an ultrahigh-Q/V value. Here we reveal both theoretically and experimentally that this high Q/V cavity mode is highly sensitive to the fine shape of the nano-slot. Notably, Q factor depends on both slot length (sl) and slot width (sw) and changes two-dimensionally in sl-sw plane. This is important finding to realize desirable Q factor and/or Q/V value in this nanocavity.
