Keywords:Single Event Effect, Short Pulse Laser, Combinational Circuit

In this work, we study femtosecond pulse laser for single event effect on the combinational circuit. Specifically, we explore the logic circuits’ different results of single event effect while illuminated by the femtosecond pulse laser. Our experiment shows that the short pulse laser can cause the combinational circuit to upset the logic voltage level and make the output signal wrong. These results also show that we can quickly test the radiation resistance of the relevant semiconductor devices or ICs by a short pulse laser.
