We are developing a multimodal bio-imaging sensor that combines LSI technology and biosensor technology to be able to realize an array with tens of thousands of biosensors that can visualize the movement of multiple chemical substances. The image sensor visualizes something that was previously impossible to see. We will introduce the results of our research, which enabled us to measure in vivo information such as genetic and cellular information with high sensitivity, for the first time through the fusion of LSI technology and biosensing technology. I am convinced that this technology will grow to support our health and medical care in the future in cooperation with image data and big data analysis technology.
