筆者等はデジタルＩＣで構成した「温度変化の影響やドリフトを補正する機能を備えた回路」を開発した。ひずみゲージによる静ひずみ測定の精度は±０．５ｘ１０＾－６以内で、３ＫＨｚの高速サンプリングでも同程度の測定精度が得られる見込みである（第８１回秋季講演会8a-Z22-2）。ＯＰアンプ・Ａ／Ｄ変換器等は使用しない安価で小型の発振回路で、低消費電力で作動する。回路の心臓部は、抵抗・電気容量・インダクタンスを組み合わるシンプルな構成で、構成要素の何れかの微小な変化を高精度で検出でき、ＩｏＴ用のセンシングに最適である。
