[21a-P03-2] Development of PDMS Microchannel Chip for DNA Amplification Using PCR Method

In this study, the elemental technologies of PDMS microchannel device for DNA amplification using PCR method, which can be used in every situation such as by the side of patients and operated via Wi-fi, was developed. The chip used in this device was assumed to be disposable and was fabricated by nanoimprint lithography using Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). An ultraviolet-light absorption experiments was demonstrated using the aqueous solutions of the tryptophan (0.1-1 mg/mL) as an aromatic amino acid, and the output voltage changes depending on the concentration were successfully detected.
