[21a-P03-4] Wireless Quartz Crystal Microbalance Characterized by PDMS Microchannel wtih Embedded Electrodes

In this study, we proposed the QCM in which a thin quartz resonator is installed in a microchannel made of PDMS with the embedded electrodes. This QCM uses the electromagnetic waves to wirelessly excite the quartz resonator and receive the output signal. This QCM, whose electrodes are installed near the quartz resonator, enables the efficient transmission and detection of the electromagnetic waves. Detecting the clear resonance spectrum in the dynamic characteristics evaluation in pure water using the low-power network analyzer was successful.
