[21p-P01-29] Effect of carrier injection on transport properties of CdTe semiconductor detectors

CdTe radiation detectors have the advantages of high energy resolution, high detection efficiency, and can operate at room temperature. However, the Schottky-type CdTe detector with higher energy resolution suffers from the phenomenon of polarization, which degrades the performance of the CdTe detector after a long period of continuous use. In this study, instead of radiation, we irradiate CdTe detectors with laser pulses simulating radiation for 30 minutes, and examine the effect of carrier injection on the carrier transport properties.
