[22a-P03-4] Neuromorphic current response of Pt/Ti_1-xFe_xO_2-d/Pt cross-point structure

In this study, we have prepared the Pt/Ti_1-xFe_xO_2-d/Pt cross-point structure films by RF magnetron sputtering and characterized the structural and electrical properties by applying pluse voltage. This device exhibited Schottky-like I-V curve.When the time separetion is short, this device exhibited the nonvolatile-like current response.
