[22a-P06-12] In situ Analysis of Au-Ga Alloy Structure in Liquid Ga by Variable-Temperature AFM

In situ analysis of Au-Ga alloy structure in liquid Ga was carried out using a variable-temperature AFM. At room temperature, many flat surfaces were exposed on the crystal surface, and angular shapes were observed. As the temperature increased, the flat surfaces disappeared and the grains became more rounded. After cooling to room temperature, the flat surfaces appeared again.
