In this study, we measured topographic image by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) using scanning nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center simultaneously. A diamond pillar probe hosting NV centers was attached to the tungsten tip wire end of the quartz tuning-fork based AFM. We obtained different ODMR spectra in each position and mapped fluorescence intensities as a function of applied microwave frequencies. The obtained stray-field mapping image shows spatial variation correlated with magnetic structure of the sample.
