[22a-P06-5] Development of a scanning NV center probe using electronic grade diamond

Nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center was created by ion implantation (1×10¹²/cm²,¹⁴N⁺, 30 keV) and annealing (900℃, 1h) in type IIa and electronic grade bulk diamonds. A diamond pillar was made from these bulk diamonds by laser processing and attached to the tip end of an atomic force microscopy. We report the results of evaluating the performance of each probe by stray magnetic field imaging of a magnetic structure.
