[22a-P06-8] Development of a scanning diamond NV-center probe for bioimaging.
Keywords:NV center, atomic force microscope
NV center in diamond is expected to be applied to biosensing due to their ability to optically detected electron spin resonance. In particular, nuclear spin measurement by NV centers has attracted attention as a useful tool (NV NMR). In this study, we aim to develop a scanning NV center probe microscope for NV-NMR measurement. This time, we used an electrochemically-etched tungsten wire as a probe for a quartz crystal atomic force microscope (AFM) to obtain topographic images of the CD surface by AFM scanning in air and pure water environment.
