Keywords:nanoimprint, anomalous nernst effect

Nanoimprint is a technology for transferring microstructures in the nanometer range by pressing a die against it. Compared to conventional microfabrication technologies, nanoimprint can be manufactured at an overwhelmingly low cost and with a simple process. The anomalous Nernst effect is a phenomenon in which an electric field is generated in the direction of the product of heat flow and magnetization when a temperature gradient is applied to a magnetic material. In this study, we measured the anisotropic anomalous Nernst effect by nanoimprinting on a plastic substrate using an uneven base plate.
