▲ [22p-P02-3] Spin transport properties in molecular nanojunction devices using magnetic thin-film edges

We fabricated molecular nanojunction devices, in which tris (8-hydroxyquinolinato) aluminum (Alq3), tris (8-hydroxyquinolinato) erbium (Erq3) and fullerene (C60) molecules are sandwiched between two Ni78Fe22 thin films with crossed edges. As a result, we have succeeded in observing clear magnetoresistance effects at room temperature. This study may lead to the improvement of the performance in magnetoresistance devices.
