Keywords:DNA, metal ion

Recently, research on molecular wires has been promoted as one of the core technologies in the era of more moor or beyond moor, in the field of nanoelectronics. In particular, wiring technology using DNA as a template, which has the potential to dramatically narrow the wiring width, is attracting attention. We focused on M-DNA, which is bound between base pairs of DNA through complex formation of metal ions, and investigated its preparation. In this report, we investigated the pH dependence of the solution including zinc (II) ions as metal ions, and report the results.
