[22p-P04-11] Synthesis of C3-Symmetric Tetrathiafulvalene Derivatives and Electrical Properties of Nanofibers Composed of Charge Transfer Complexes.

To develop conductive nanofibers and their device applications, we have studied C3-Symmetric TTF derivatives(MeS-TTF-Ts). In this molecule, π-conjugated and hydrogen-bond were introduced at few locations to form stable one-dimensional structures. Conducting nanofibers were prepared by dissolving a DMSO solution of (MeS-TTF-Ts)(F4TCNQ) complex with the acceptor molecule and casting it on a mica substrate. The electrical conductivity of the nanofibers showed 10-2 S/cm.
