[22p-P05-3] Low-energy secondary electron angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy of pentacene/graphite
Keywords:Low-energy angle resolved photoelectron spectroscopy, organic/inorganic interface
The electronic state of the organic/inorganic interface has not been unveiled well. In this study, the electronic state of pentacene/graphite was measured by low-energy angular resolved photoelectron spectroscopy. The dispersive band which is absent in the pristine substrate spectra appears and showed a constant final state feature. These features indicate that it could be originated from a newly-formed conduction band at the weakly bounded interface visualized by high-resolution angle-resolved secondary electron emission.
