[22p-P06-11] Development of Nobel Sintering Methods for Toner-type Printed Electronics

In this study, we developed a low temperature sintering method for metal and semiconductor nanoparticles on a flexible substrate. We sintered Ag nanoparticles on a PET substrate by ultrasonic sintering. On the other hand, ultrasonic sintering of ZnO particles was not so simple because ZnO particles have high fluidity. Therefore, we adopted vapor annealing treatment as a pretreatment of ultrasonic sintering. ZnO particles are weakly fixed by exposing the vapor, then the particles are sintered as a transparent film by ultrasonic sintering.
