[22p-P06-13] Fabrication of Organic Thin-Film Transistors on Ultrathin Elastomeric Substrates

In this study, organic thin-film transistors on ultrathin 2 µm elastomeric substrates was fabricated. Devices were operated at drive voltage of 20 V, and showed field effect mobility of 0.095 cm2/Vs, VTH of -2.1 V, and Ion/Ioff ratio of greater than 104.
During the fabrication process, supporting layer was used to enable easier handling. It was confirmed that devices operate successfully after delamination.
