[22p-P07-12] Temperature dependence of the photoluminescence in lead-free perovskite Cs2PdBr6

The lead-free perovskite Cs2PdBr6 crystal has a double perovskite-type structure with Pd4+ ion and vacancy, and the absorption edge energy was reported to be 1.58 eV in nanocrystals. However, its optical transition type has not been clarified experimentally. Since the temperature dependence of the photoluminescence intensity depends on the optical transition type (direct or indirect), we measured the temperature dependence of the laser-excited photoluminescence in Cs2PdBr6 nanocrystals.
